All content on this Site — including but not limited to written frameworks, course materials, blog posts, videos, graphics, and the “Compassion in Action” brand and methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Muluh and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use for educational purposes is permitted provided you attribute the content to Alpha Muluh.

Ebook and digital product purchases grant you a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal or internal organizational purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share access to digital products with third parties.

Download links for digital purchases are delivered via email and expire 48 hours after issue. If you experience technical difficulty accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will reissue your link.

Physical book orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Title and risk of loss for physical products transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents access, contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.

For physical products, you may request a return within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is in its original, undamaged condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Inquiry submissions through the Site do not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of availability. All speaking and consulting engagements are subject to a separate written agreement executed between Alpha Muluh and the engaging organization. Terms, deliverables, fees, and cancellation policies will be defined in that agreement.

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Muluh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any products or services offered herein, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
